Nikkie Buskermolen completed her Master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology at Leiden University in 2014. She specialized in Global Economy and Culture and conducted fieldwork in Amsterdam among people who had recently bought a house. Nikkie currently works as research and teaching assistant at the Institute of Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology. She supervises study groups, supports colleagues with their teaching, and assists with applications for European ITN funding.
